A Harvard doctor has come up with a list of the best exercises for health, both mental and physical, and some of them may surprise you. Based on a report by Harvard Medical School professor of medicine I-Min Lee, running isn’t the only way to work out. Dr. Lee says five other types of exercise are also beneficial for your brain and body.
