Police Association Hall The E.P.M.P.O.A. Memorial Hall is located at 3601 Rutherglen (near Montana and McRae) in east El Paso. It is open and available for rent to the public for special occasions. There are (2) two Community halls available (Large and Smaller) as well as a beautiful Gazebo on the outside mall. There is also a beautiful mural depicting a peaceful outside view from an arched window for that special occasion photograph. Our hall is available for: |
