Funeral Services for David A. Spencer

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association is once again saddened to announce the death of another retired member.  Retired Lieutenant David Spencer #221, age 64, passed away in Denton, Texas on December 6th.   

Mr. Spencer was commissioned an El Paso Police Department Officer in September of 1969 and retired from the EPPD In September 1992, after 23 years of service to the El Paso community!

The EPMPOA asks that you please keep his wife Pat (also a former EPPD officer) and the entire Spencer Family in your prayers.

 

Funeral services for Retired Lieutenant David A. Spencer will take place as follows:

-MEMORIAL SERVICE:  Saturday, December 15, 2012, at 10:00 AM, at First Church of the Nazarene, 2520 Silver Ave., El Paso, TX  79930

LUNCHEON to follow at 12:30 PM at El Convento at Loretto, 1300 Hardaway St., El Paso, TX  79903.

-BURIAL:  Monday, December 17, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery (West Pavilion), 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, TX 79906.
