The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association is helping get the word out on a benefit raffle being held to assist a sister officer in need. The raffle, organized by Officer David Amparan #2173, has been set up to assist Officer Guadalupe (Lupe) Diaz #1436.
A drawing will take place on Monday, August 10, 2015 to award the following prizes:
