The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Detective Charles Andrew Harmon III #2137, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 47. Detective Harmon served with the El Paso Police Department for 20+ years, from September 2000 until his death. Detective Harmon was assigned to the Financial Crimes Unit where he was working as a Forensic Evidence Analyst in the compute/cyber lab.

Wednesday, January 20, 2021:
-Visitation from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Dr.
-Prayer Service at 1:00 PM
The public will be allowed at the public viewing; limited to 50 persons at a time inside. An overflow room will be open for those waiting to pay their respects.
Thursday, January 21, 2021
-Interment at 10:30 AM at Restlawn Memorial Park (Cemetery), 4848 Alps Dr.
