To register on this website, please follow the listed instructions.  All members will be verified prior to gaining access to this website.  Non-member accounts will be deleted. Unauthorized access will be monitored and documented.

MEMBERS:

Scroll down to the MEMBER LOGIN Square located on the top right half of the page.  Click on "CLICK HERE TO SIGN-UP".

To register for an account please enter the following information:

1. First name

2. Last name

3. Cell Phone (to be use as an information system for texts)

4. Cell phone Provider

5. E-mail Address (Personal/Home) *(Please DO NOT use a City e-mail address)

6. Member # (this is your ID #)

7. Local # : (This is where you are stationed; IA, CAC, Airport, etc. are part of Headquarters)

8. Choose your Username

9. Choose your Password

10. Preview Registration Info then click SAVE or UPDATE.

All registrations will be verified.  Accounts will not be active until the verificaton process is complete.  You will receive an e-mail upon approval with further instructions, if any.  Thank you for registering on the EPMPOA website.
