The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association is sad to announce the passing of a former member.  Retired Officer Juan Ramos #1452 passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.  A life-long El Pasoan, Officer Ramos honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp and then joined the El Paso Police Department.  He was a graduate of the 82nd Academy class and officially retired on January 22, 2009.

FUNERAL SERVICES:  Juan Ramos' life will be celebrated on Monday, February 27, 2012 with visitation from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home, 3839 Montana Ave.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 beginning with a Funeral Mass at 9:15 AM at St. Patrick's Cathedral and burial at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. 

We ask that you please keep retired Officer Ramos, his family, relatives, friends and co-workers in your prayers during this most difficult time.
