Dear Members,

I would like to ask your interest and participation in the creation of The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association "Wing Cook-off and Eating Contest."  Proceeds to benefit the Ernie Gomez Relief fund and Shopping with Law Enforcement.  I am asking for officers who would be interested in participating in the cookoff (rules and info to follow) and for participants interested in the Hot Wing Eating Challenge as well.

There will be a cookoff between teams or individuals for the listed categories:

Categories of wings to be judged:

1.    Best Creative Spicy

2.    Best Creative Sweet

3.    Traditional BBQ

4.    Creative BBQ

5.    Traditional Medium

6.    Traditional Hot

7.    Traditional X-Hot

A panel of judges then decides who has the best sauce based on a blind taste test. 

During the Event, there will also be an Extreme Hot-wing eating Contest (Rules and Waivers to Follow). Contestants will have 15 minutes to eat  15 Volcano Wings with another 5 minutes of after burn with NO DRINKS, NO NAPKINS, NO DIPPING, NO BATHROOM BREAKS AND NO CRYING.  WINGS MUST BE COMPLETELY EATEN.
