Developed specifically for first responders, this one day seminar will focus on enhancing operational and strategic awareness.  This class examines intelligence-based methods for recognizing characteristics of criminal behavior, typology, and the inherent connections between certain crimes, thereby enabling officers to more readily understand the subtle signs of cloaked, developing and evolving criminal activity.  Street research techniques similar to those used by today’s criminal intelligence specialists, and a number of online resources that will provide a quick and efficient grasp of the more complex crime issues of the day will be introduced to the attendee.
