On November 4, 2013 the El Paso Police Department held a Promotional Ceremony in the +Officer Karl McDonough Community Conference Room at the Pebble Hills Regional Command Center.  With family members, co-workers and friends of the promotees in attendance, Chief Greg Allen held the ceremony in which ten employees were promoted to the rank of Sergeant and four became investigators as they were promoted to the rank of Detective.
