Stay Healthy During the Flu Season

Seasonal Flu Shots will be available to all City employees as of

October 5, 2009 at the Wellness Centers.

Reminder – These are the seasonal flu shots; not the H1N1 vaccines     H1N1 vaccines will be available through your physicians. Please check with them for availability and for the primary target groups for this vaccination.

In order to avoid long lines, a schedule is in place only for the Wellness Center at City Hall Basement during the first week the shots will be available. The schedule is based on the last digit of your Kronos ID

*Please follow the schedule accordingly to leave the remaining clinic hours for its normal functions.

          Wednesday                                      * 8:30 – 10:30 (digits 6-7)

          Tuesday, Thursday                         * 1:00 – 3:00   (digits 8-9)
