If you have not had your flu shot this season, now is the time...and the price is right -- FREE!

Thanks to a partnership with Walgreen's, City employees and their dependents (7-17 years of age - must be accompanied by a parent/guardian) can receive their flu shots at no cost this Thursday, February 26, 2015.

Licensed Walgreen's pharmacists will be administering flu shots as follows:

*City Hall, 300 N. Campbell St. (1st floor breezeway) from 8:00 - 11:00 AM

*Municipal Service Center, 7968 San Paulo (Cotton Patch Room) from 12:30 to 2:30 PM

*Sun Metro, 10151 Montana Ave. (Conference Room #501) from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

Please print out, fill out and take the attached consent form with you.
