The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Detective Arthur H. Spindler #2048.  Detective Spindler, age 55, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015.  Detective Spindler served the El Paso community as a peace officer for 16 years; he was commissioned on March 19, 1999.  His last assignment was at Headquarters where he worked in the Financial Crimes Unit since 2006.  Prior to that Detective Spindler was assigned as an investigator at the Westside Regional Command Center.  

Funeral Services for Detective Arthur H. Spindler are as follows:

Tuesday, March 31, 2015:
-Visitation from 5:00 to 9:00 PM

-Vigil at 7:00 PM

At Hillcrest Funeral Home-West, 5054 Doniphan Dr.

Wednesday, April 1, 2015:

-Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 930 E. Redd Rd.

Procession following the Mass to Memorial Pines Cemetery, 3061 Memorial Pines Ln., Sunland Park, NM for Interment.
