The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of former Officer Francisco (Frank) Gil #2677 at the young age of 53.    

(Ret.) Officer Gil served the El Paso community as a peace officer with the El Paso Police Department from December 2006 until being medically retired in September 2011.  His last assignment was with the Auto Theft Task Force. (Ret.) Officer Gil also served with the El Paso County Sheriff's Department, from which he had also retired.

Visitation from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at FDA Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana Ave.

Rosary: 7:00 PM

Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar Rd.

After the Funeral Mass, there will be a procession to Evergreen East Cemetery for Interment.
