NEW CHANGES TO WELLNESS CLINICS

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association urges members and eligible family members to take advantage of the services provided at the City of El Paso's wellness clinics.

Please download the attached flyer for important information regarding changes to the City of El Paso Wellness Clinics - (H2U) Health to You.  The three wellness clinics will provide services at no cost to employees, retirees under 65 years of age, and dependents over the age of 18 who are enrolled in the City’s Health Plan.  Employees must present their AETNA insurance card and employee ID; dependents must present their AETNA card and a picture ID.  For more information visit the City’s wellness website at www.coepwellness.com.

WELLNESS CLINIC LOCATIONS:

The new H2U Clinic at City Hall (City 1), 300 N. Campbell St., will officially open on October 1, 2015.  This location will be open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (closed for lunch from 1:00-2:00 PM).  Telephone number: (915) 212-1384.

Las Palmas H2U Clinic, 3333 N. Mesa St.  Open Monday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (closed from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM); and Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Telephone number: (915) 532-6428.

Del Sol H2U Clinic, 11163 La Quinta, Suite #B-100.  Open Monday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (closed from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM); and Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Telephone number: (915) 219-8833.

REMINDER:  Effective Monday, September 28, 2015, the San Paulo, Hawkins and Lee wellness clinics will no longer be in service.
