The open enrollment period for Insurance Benefits continues through November 18, 2016.  This is ONLY is you need to make any changes to your current benefits.  Possible changes would include adding new dependents to your health benefits or making changes to your ancillary benefits such as dental and/or vision coverage, or making a change to your life insurance beneficiary designation.

If you DO NOT need to make any changes, your current plan will carry over. See the attached documents for important information regarding Uniformed Police insurance benefits.
