The police officer accused in the drowning of his 11-month-old son was found not guilty of injury to a child.
On Thursday, the judge dropped two of the three charges he faces.
Judge Susan Larson acquitted Raymond Licon Jr. on charges of abandoning and endangering a child and criminal negligent homicide.
