On Tuesday, January 29, 2019, the El Paso Country Club Chapter of Optimist International held their annual awards ceremony.  At the event, Westside Regional Command Center Commander Steve Lopez was presented with the Law Enforcement Respect for Law - Officer of the Year Award!
