The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Officer Harold G. (Harry) Behl #383, who passed away on March 27, 2021 at the age of 71. (Ret.) Officer Behl served with the El Paso Police Department for 24+ years, from January 1974 until his retirement in July of 1998. Prior to joining the EPPD, (Ret.) Officer Behl served in the U.S. Army and Navy.

Funeral Services for (Ret.) Officer Harold George Behl are as follows:

Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM:

-Graveyard service and Interment at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.

Retired Officer Behl will receive Retired Police Honors.
