Please see the attached packet for information on the Insurance Open Enrollment period for Uniform Police. Open enrollment will take place from November 1 through 19, 2021. You will not be able to make changes after 11/19/2021.
The elections you make during open enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2022, with adjusted rates beginning on the January 7, 2022 paycheck. Uniform personnel are responsible to report any discrepancies to Benefit Services by January 15, 2022. In addition, remember that you have to re-enroll each year if you are choosing to keep your Flex Spending Account (FSA). This plan does not automatically rollover from year to year.
