El Paso neighbors, police officers to meet at 'Holiday Coffee with a Cop' events

El Pasoans can have a cup of coffee and chat with police officers at "Holiday Coffee with a Cop" meetings taking place through the holiday season.
The informal gatherings are intended to break down barriers over a cup of coffee. The events are a partnership between the El Paso Police Department’s Safe Communities Program and Albertsons stores.
The Police Department has done similar community outreach in years past.
