The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Sergeant Gerardo Morales #1399, who passed away on January 7, 2022 at the age of 56. Sergeant Morales served with the El Paso Police Department for 31+ years, from October 1990 until his untimely death on January 7, 2022.   

Funeral Services for Sergeant Gerardo Morales are as follows:

Tuesday, January 18, 2022:

-Visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd.

-Rosary at 7:00 PM

Wednesday, January 19, 2022:

-Funeral Mass at 12:30 PM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd.

-Interment Service following the funeral Mass at  approximately 2:30 PM at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 Montana Ave.

Sergeant Morales will receive Police Honors/Line of Duty Death.
