The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Lieutenant Royce G. Seybold #378, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 90. (Ret.) Lieutenant Seybold served with the El Paso Police Department for 22+ years, from March 1956, until his retirement on April 28, 1978.    

Funeral Service for (Ret.) Lieutenant Royce G. Seybold is as follows:

-Graveside service at 11:00 AM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.

Retired Lieutenant Royce G. Seybold will receive Retired Police Honors.
