The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of retired Detective Robert A. Pell #232, who passed away on January 2, 2020 at the age of 72.  (Ret.) Detective Pell served with the El Paso Police Department for almost 28 years, from December 1969 until his retirement on September 26, 1997.  Prior to joining the El Paso Police Department, Mr. Pell served in the U.S. Army.  

Funeral Services for (Ret.) Detective Robert A. Pell are as follows:

Monday, January 20, 2020:

-Visitation/Rosary at 6:00 PM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 N. Clark Dr.

Tuesday, January 21, 2020:

-Funeral Mass at 8:00 AM at St. Pius X Catholic Church.  

-After the Funeral Mass, a Commital Service will be held at approximately 9:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Willson Rd.

Retired Detective Robert A. Pell will receive Retired Police Honors.
