The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Lieutenant Fernando Pena Jr., #111, on February 12, at the age of 82.  (Ret.) Lt. Pena served with the El Paso Police Department for 21 years, from June 1961 until his retirement on June 21, 1982.   

Funeral Services for (Ret.) Lieutenant Fernando Pena Jr. are as follows:

Thursday, February 27, 2020:

-Visitation:  5:00 to 9:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza Rd.

-Rosary Serivce at 7:00 PM

Friday, February 28, 2020:

-Funeral Mass at 12:00 PM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 10970 Bywood Dr.

After the Funeral Mass, a Committal Service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park, 4848 Alps Dr. (8700 Dyer St.)

(Ret.) Lieutenant Fernando Pena will receive retired Police Honors.
