COVID-19 Executive Order from Governor Greg Abbott
Apr 01, 2020

As of Wednesday, March 31, 2020, there have been fifty (50) confirmed cases of COVID-19 in El Paso County (not including Fort Bliss), and we now have confirmed "community spread," which means the virus is spreading within the local community, as opposed to individuals getting the virus while traveling.

Following "Stay Home, Work Safe" orders is more important than ever.

Yesterday afternoon, Governor Greg Abbott renewed and expanded his previous executive order, which includes following federal social distancing guidelines for COVID-19 until at least April 30th and keeps schools closed through May 4th.

Click here for additional information on what is designated as "essential services."

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association implores its members and their families to follow all precautions and recommendations from the health experts to remain healthy and safe.
