In accordance with Article IV, Section 8, of the Bylaws of the El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association and with consent of the Board of Directors, a "Special Election" for Second Vice President (Executive Board - Class I Director) will be held the week of May 10 - 16, 2020.

The candidates for Second Vice President are:

-Jorge Santana #2162; and

-Eloy Serna #2226
