Mother, armed son accused of attacking off-duty El Paso officer moments after crash

A mother and son were arrested and accused of assaulting an off-duty officer after a crash in west El Paso.

Officers arrested 18-year-old Shaughn Gonzalez and 40-year-old Josephine Gonzalez Rosales.
