Fallen Dallas police officer's twin brother speaks about El Paso native Jacob Arellano

The Funeral Mass for Jacob Arellano, a police officer from Dallas Police Department killed last week, happened in Richardson, Texas Wednesday morning.

Arellano died on October 12 on his way to work in a wrong-way crash by a suspected drunk driver.
