The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association extends its deepest condolences to the family, colleagues and friends of El Paso Police Department Chief Greg Allen. Chief Allen was recovering from a medical procedure at a local hospital and unfortunately died suddenly. Chief Allen was El Paso Police Chief for approximately fifteen years after moving up through the ranks. He served the community as a police officer for 40 years and was a true leader.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to every member of the El Paso  Police Department.

Funeral Services in El Paso for Chief Allen have not yet been announced.
