The El Paso Police Department and the El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association invite everyone to the 2023 Fallen Officers' Memorial Ceremony to be held at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 12, 2023. The memorial event will take place at Charles "Chuck" Heinrich Park, 11055 Ofc. Andrew Barcena Dr. in northeast El Paso.
