The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association will hold its annual Children's Christmas Party on Sunday, December 10, 2017, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The event will feature great food (hamburgers, hotdogs with all the fixings, plus drinks!), arts and crafts, games, prizes and a lot of fun.
Last month, eleven law enforcement officers gave their lives in the line of duty in the United States. Of those deaths, five were the result of gunfire, three were the result of assault, one officer drowned, one died in an automobile crash, and one died as the result of a heart attack. Deaths took place in eight different states.
