The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association invites members and their families to attend the El Paso Police Department's Promotions Ceremony to be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 26, 2015.  The event will take place at the Chamizal National Memorial, 800 S. San Marcial St. (across from Bowie High School).

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association is gearing up for the 2015 "Battle of the Badges" Law Enforcement Blood Drive Competition and we need your help!  The "Battle of the Badges" is a way to increase summer blood donations by creating a competition between departments who share in the commitment to help the community.

The “El Paso Cops Helping Kids” program is getting ready to host another back-to-school shopping event to help underprivileged children in our community! The event will take place at 8:00 AM on Saturday, August 29th, at Wal-Mart, 1850 N. Zaragoza Rd.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Officer Guadalupe Diaz #1436.  Officer Diaz passed away on August 1st after battling cancer.  Lupe, who previously served as an EPMPOA Director at CRCC for several years, was generous with her smile and her quick wit.  She will surely be missed.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association is hosting its 19th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Lone Star Golf Course (Cielo Vista). The 4-person per team scramble tournament will kickoff with a 10:30 AM “shotgun start.” The annual tournament is a fundraiser to benefit the EPMPOA's Ben Ayala Scholarship Fund. The cost is $85.

Need to rent a car?  Members and their families can now save money thanks to a new benefit from the El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association. The EPMPOA has recently teamed up with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and National Car Rental as preferred providers to offer discounts on car rentals.  The new corporate partner program extends this benefit to all members.
