CLEAT’s rich history begins with rank and file officers not being represented. The organization began by separating itself from a do-nothing, pro-management organization that refused to represent its members.
The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association held its annual picnic on Sunday, July 13 at Wet-N-Wild Waterworld. The picnic area was reserved for our members and their families, as well as for members of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Officers Association, which also hosted its annual picnic there.

(Ret.) Sgt. Goff served the El Paso community as a peace officer from March 1961 until retiring in September of 1986.
