The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of retired Detective Manuel Barrios Martinez #201.  (Ret.) Detective Martinez passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014.  He served the community as an El Paso Police Department officer from December 1968 until his retirement on December 31, 1987.   Services for Mr.

Hello all, The Law Enforcement Torch Run will be assisting The Special Olympics Polar Plunge on January 11th.. At the Wyndham Airport. Challenge a co-worker to go down the freezing slide into a pool full of ice water.. and yes, we do add ice to the already cold water. All money collected from the entry fee goes to Special Olympics.
