The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association is sponsoring a fundraising Discada and Wing Drive to benefit the family of fallen Sergeant Gerardo "Jerry" Morales #1399. It is being hosted at the Pebble Hills Regional Command Center on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Sergeant Gerardo Morales #1399, who passed away on January 7, 2022 at the age of 56. Sergeant Morales served with the El Paso Police Department for 31+ years, from October 1990 until his untimely death on January 7, 2022.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association encourages its members to participate in a blood drive being held by Vitalant at the Central Regional Command Center on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The blood drive will take place in Vitalant's Blood Mobile.

El Pasoans can have a cup of coffee and chat with police officers at "Holiday Coffee with a Cop" meetings taking place through the holiday season. The informal gatherings are intended to break down barriers over a cup of coffee. The events are a partnership between the El Paso Police Department’s Safe Communities Program and Albertsons stores.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association encourages its members to participate in a blood drive being held by Vitalant at Police Headquarters on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The blood drive will take place in Vitalant's Blood Mobile, parked in the Davita Dialysis parking lot. Donors will receive their choice of a free T-shirt or movie ticket.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association will hold its annual Children's Christmas Party on Sunday, December 5, 20219, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The event will feature great food (hamburgers, hotdogs with all the fixings, plus drinks!), arts and crafts, games, prizes and a lot of fun.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association extends its deepest condolences to the family, colleagues and friends of the Euless, Texas Police Detective who was killed in a crash with a suspected drunk driver in Lake Worth, Texas on Saturday afternoon, November 27, 2021.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association recently held a raffle for prizes donated by Eco-Living Home Improvement. They donated four EcoBrush professional duct cleaning and sanitizing services as their way of showing appreciation to the men and women of the EPMPOA and giving back to the community.
