The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the death of Retired Officer Luis (Louie) Cortinas #369, who passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 69. (Ret.) Officer Cortinas served with the El Paso Police Department for 30+ years, from June 1973 until his retirement in September of 2003.
