Family, friends remember Kendall County Deputy Carlos Ramirez

Deputy Carlos Ramirez was laid to rest at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery on Tuesday.

The fallen deputy was an El Paso native who graduated from Burges High School.

Ramirez was a U.S. Army Reserve veteran who served the Kendall County Sheriff's office for three years.
