On Thursday, the City of El Paso will educate voters about the contents of a proposed public safety bond costing hundreds of millions of dollars.
The city will make its case to El Pasoans today for a more than $400 million upgrade to the police and fire departments.
The 2019 Public Safety Bond includes more than $220 million for police and $190 million for fire.
