An El Paso Police Department police officer was involved in a crash in El Paso's Lower Valley Tuesday
An alert sent out by the police department indicated that the officer was trying to pull over a vehicle who was speeding along Loop 375.
As he followed the vehicle, the officer's vehicle struck debris on the roadway and crashed near the Padres Exit.
