The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Detective Pedro "Pete" Valdez Jr., #312, who passed away on November 3, 2020. (Ret.) Detective Valdez served with the El Paso Police Department for 22+ years, from January 1972 until his retirement.
