An El Paso police officer has been arrested after he shot a man outside the "Tap Bar" in downtown El Paso. The officer arrested was identified on Friday as 34-year-old Anthony Greer. Crime Against Persons detectives and the Texas Rangers determined that the victim did not present a serious threat of injury or death to the officer. Detectives said the officer’s use of deadly force was deemed unreasonable.
