The El Paso Municipal Police Officers' Association encourages its members to participate in a blood drive being held by Vitalant at the Central Regional Command Center on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The blood drive will take place in Vitalant's Blood Mobile. The location is 200 S. Campbell St. at Overland Ave.
