The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Lieutenant Carlos Pinon #53, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 88. (Ret.) Lieutenant Pinon served with the El Paso Police Department for 28 years, from November 1958, until his retirement on November 7, 1986. He then went on to become a court bailiff for another ten years.     

Funeral Services for (Ret.) Lieutenant Carlos Pinon are as follows:

Thursday, March 20, 2023:

-Visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel, 3839 Montana Ave.

-Rosary from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM

-Internment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetary, 4848 Alps Dr.

Retired Lieutenant Carlos Pionon will receive Retired Police Honors.
