City officials and the El Paso Police Department on Thursday honored the graduates of the 130th Police Academy.
Interim police Chief Peter Pacillas led the ceremony. District Attorney Bill Hicks was the keynote speaker. Dignitaries in attendance included City Clerk Laura Prine, who administered the oath of office, city Reps. Isabel Salcido and Joe Molinar, and Deputy City Manager and retired Fire Chief Mario D’Agostino.
