El Paso police recruits undergo high-tech 'Milo' training for active shooter situations

This week on ‘Becoming the Badge’ The El Paso Police Academy is preparing its recruits for active shooter situations.

The department invested $100,000 into The Milo, which is a program they said is a game changer.
