The blood drive will take place in Vitalant's Blood Mobile in the Davita Dialysis parking lot on Montana Ave.

The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Detective Charles Andrew Harmon III #2137, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 47. Detective Harmon served with the El Paso Police Department for 20+ years, from September 2000 until his death.
The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Detective Camerino Santiago #1896, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 67. Detective Santiago served with the El Paso Police Department for 23+ years, from May 1997 until his death. Detective Santiago died due to COVID-19 related issues.
An El Paso police detective died from COVID-19 Monday morning, according to a city representative.
Camerino Santiago, a detective for the police department, is the first police law enforcement officer to die from the virus, said representative Henry Rivera.
Santiago was 67 years old. He was looking to retire at the end of January, stated Rivera.
