The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Detective Robert B. Marino #541, who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 77. (Ret.) Detective Marino served with the El Paso Police Department for 22+ years, from June 1973 until his retirement on August 12, 1995. Prior to joining the EPPD, Mr. Marino was in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served his country from 1965-1969 during the Vietnam War. Upon retirement from the El Paso Police Department, Mr. Marino worked with the U.S. Marshalls and as a Deputy with the Sierra County, New Mexico Sheriff's Department.
Funeral Services for (Ret.) Detective Robert B. Marino are as follows:
Wednesday May 11, 2022:
-A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.
Retired Detective Robert B. Marino will receive Retired Police Honors.
