The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Sergeant Miguel M. Franco #150, who passed away on October 30, 2020. (Ret.) Sergeant Franco served with the El Paso Police Department for 30+ years, from October 1964 until his retirement on December 27, 1994. After retiring from the police department, (Ret.) Sergeant Franco worked as a security officer at the Federal Courthouse for another 18 years. He also spent 16 years in the Army Reserves.
Funeral Services for (Ret.) Sergeant Miguel "Mike" Franco are as follows:
Monday, November 9, 2020:
-Visitation from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza Rd.
-Vigil/Rosary from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
-Interment Service at 1:00 PM at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 Montana Ave.
