The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Officer Fernando De La Torre #2122, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 44. Officer De La Torre served with the El Paso Police Department for 22+ years, from September 2000 until his untimely death.
Funeral services for Officer Fernando De La Torre are as follows:
Thursday, August 3, 2023:
-Visitation from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd.
-Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 PM
Friday, August 4, 2023:
-Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM, at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd.
Officer Fernando De La Torre will receive Police Honors/Active Duty.
